Youth Associations
How to constitute a Youth Association?
In the territorial area where the association mainly runs its activities must be included in the Autonomous Community
Necessary Documentation:
- Register Application (original and copy) which will directed to the Provincial Delegation of Justice and Public Administration Ministry corresponding to the address of the association. It must include the applicant identification, the position he/she holds in the association or condition in which she/he acts on and the tax identification number.
Similarly, it must be identified the association, denomination, address and website that, in the case it uses (the tax identification code will be contributed to the Register once you have got it). If the denomination of the association doesn’t appear in Spanish or in any of the languages of the Autonomous Communities, you should attach the certificate of the person that request for the application in which it will be showed its translation into Spanish or into any of the official languages of the Autonomous Communities.
- Functional Certificate (2 originals; 3 originals if it is a youth association, of parents of students) which must be signed by all the founding members (at least three) assistants to the foundational assembly.
- The Statutes must be signed by, at least, two promoter partners or their representatives if they are legal entities or by the president and the Body Government Secretary, if they were assigned (2 originals; 3 originals if it is a youth association of parents of students).
- Necessary documentation relative to each one of the founding partners:
If she/he is a natural person: a photocopy of the ID in force the day of the application.
If she/he is a legal entity: tax identification number and certificate (original) of the agreement validly adopted by the competent body, in which should appear the intention to constitute the association, as well as the designation of the natural person it will represent.
If she/he is a foreign person, copy of the residence card in force the day of the application.
If she/he is a non-emancipated minor under the age of 14: document with the consent of this act signed by his/her legal tutors.
- If the denomination coincides with that of any legal entity public or private, with the preexisting entities, Spanish or not, or with natural persons, it must be attached the express consent of the interested or his/her successors. If you include in its domination a trademark, you must include the consent of its titular.
